Cohousilience: Developing Cohousing in the EU for forwardlooking Societies
The 'Cohousilience' project is a 30-month European project, between organizations from Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain, France and Belgium, under the Erasmus+ Program Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

The overall objective of the project is to empower EU citizens at risk of social marginalization to stay healthy and live independently in their communities, focusing on the promotion and dissemination of social 'cohousing' initiatives in the European Union.

M+ Promoting Mental Wellbeing among Educators
The 'M+' project is an 18-month European project, between organizations from Portugal, Italy, Greece and Latvia, under the Erasmus+ Program Small-scale Partnership in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

The M+ project aims to bring together European NGOs to collaborate on the mental well-being of adult educators, analyzing existing policies and good practices at the level of the EU and the countries involved, developing an immersive training program focused on self-care tools and creating a plan of action to promote mental well-being in a sustainable and long-term perspective.

The 'LINK' project is a 2-year European project, between organizations from Portugal, Italy, Spain and Poland, within the scope of the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships in Adult Education Programme , and funded by the European Commission.

This project aims to create an educational strategy aimed at the senior population, to promote digital literacy and conscious participation in democratic life, addressing how online disinformation can affect democracy and the electoral process, and strengthening knowledge and sharing of European Union values.

DigIT: Promoting digital skills among adult educators of older generations
The project 'DigIT' is an 18-month European project, between organizations from Portugal, Italy and Spain, under the Erasmus+ Programme Small Partnerships for Cooperation in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

DigIT aims to promote digital skills among adult educators for them to be able to design high-quality digital educational programs for senior learners.

BLOOM: Blooming Mental Well-being and Social Inclusion
through Outdoor Physical Activity
The 'BLOOM' project is an 18-month European project, between organizations from Portugal and Slovenia, within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

The project aims to promote the mental well-being of older adults and foster their social inclusion by using outdoor
physical activities as a tool for neurocognitive stimulation and community engagement.
PLAY: Digital Stories for Seniors' Intercultural Learning
The 'PLAY' project is an 18-month European project, between organizations from Portugal, Italy and France, under the Erasmus+ Program Small-scale Partnership in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

PLAY aims to develop an educational methodology for the senior population, using Digital Storytelling as a tool to address intercultural learning, diversity and European identity, and promote their social inclusion.

RESTART YOUR CAREER
The 'RESTART' project is a 2-year European project, between organizations from Portugal, Italy, Greece and France, within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program Cooperation Partnerships in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

The main objective of the project is to create an online training program to support women in developing skills and an appropriate mindset to restart/restructure their professional career, increasing their inclusion in education and training, promoting their access to the job market, with better conditions and reducing gender disparities in the labor market. We want to promote among women a concept of a professional path centered on passions, talents, desires, inspirations, ambitions and self-realization.
