The ‘DesignSenior’ project is a 24-month European project involving organizations from Portugal, Poland, and Slovenia, under the Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership in Adult Education program, and funded by the European Commission.



The main objective of this project is to prepare adult educators to include the design thinking process in their activities and equip them with tools, methods, and materials.


BLOOM: Blooming Mental Well-being and Social Inclusion
through Outdoor Physical Activity

The 'BLOOM' project is an 18-month European project, between organizations from Portugal and Slovenia, within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

The project aims to promote the mental well-being of older adults and foster their social inclusion by using outdoor
physical activities as a tool for neurocognitive stimulation and community engagement.

RESILIENT RESPONDERS: Psychological Resilience and Support for Personnel in Charge after Natural Disasters

The 'Resilient Responders' project is a 2-year European project, between organizations from Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Italy and Spain, within the scope of the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education Programme , and funded by the European Union.

This project aims to promote the mental and psychological well-being of professionals involved in responding to crisis and disaster situations, through the development of educational materials and training actions.

PLAY: Digital Stories for Seniors' Intercultural Learning

The 'PLAY' project is an 18-month European project, between organizations from Portugal, Italy and France, under the Erasmus+ Program Small-scale Partnership in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

PLAY aims to develop an educational methodology for the senior population, using Digital Storytelling as a tool to address intercultural learning, diversity and European identity, and promote their social inclusion.

EU Resilient Minds: Building Resilience in Unemployed Adults through Emotional Management

The 'EU-Minds' project is a 20-month European project involving organizations from Portugal, Hungary, Spain, and Greece, under the Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership in Adult Education program, and funded by the European Commission.



The main objective of the project is to promote the mental health and emotional well-being of unemployed adults in the European Union, especially those facing situations of greater vulnerability or risk of social exclusion.


Back to Your Future

This project is a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of the TESYA Group in cooperation with NGOs from Italy, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia and Croatia.


The project is designed to train 90 young people from all the countries in which the TESYA Group operates, who are at risk of dropping out of education or classified as NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).


Through mentoring provided by TESYA professionals, participants will acquire the skills and motivation they need to secure their place in the job market or in the education system.ma educativo.

Cohousilience: Developing Cohousing in the EU for forwardlooking Societies

The 'Cohousilience' project is a 30-month European project, between organizations from Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain, France and Belgium, under the Erasmus+ Program Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education, and funded by the European Commission.

The overall objective of the project is to empower EU citizens at risk of social marginalization to stay healthy and live independently in their communities, focusing on the promotion and dissemination of social 'cohousing' initiatives in the European Union.
